How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Any ready to ship items will leave the studio within 2 to 4 business days and are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Custom orders will have a longer time frame established upon the purchase of the commission. The average custom commission should be ready to ship within 3 to 4 weeks with the exception of the Holiday season, where the schedule may vary.

However, if you are in need of a custom time frame please do reach out! I’d love to brainstorm a way to get you the artwork when you need it.

What is your return/exchange policy?

My goal is to bring joy to your day with my artwork so I of course do not want you to be anything less than 110% satisfied! If for some reason you don’t find joy with my work, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. Custom orders are non-refundable.
